I was warmly welcomed by Fabiola after having had an excellent pre-stay communication with Francesco. Their place is very well equipped and they thought about many practical details for the hosts to feel home. Breakfast was very good and almost complete. With fresh fruits, it would have been perfect. But I know it'a a personal taste. The price to quality ratio is excellent !

We randomly found this gem, turned out to be a great choice. The place travels your mind, is in the middle of nature perfect to relax and disconnect. Room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was very tasty and many Thanks to Elisa for preparing as a breakfast box from the night before to take with us, as we had to leave early at the morning. We chose this location to enjoy peace and nature and the location exceeded our expectations. This place is magic. It is right in the nature reserve, Sassi park , lots of quiet, fresh air and the possibility to walk and enjoy nature. The breakfast we chose was vegan and the hosts really went out of their way to provide us with everything they had. I really appreciated the effort. Near the location is a restaurant, very authentic, which prepares food Thursday-Saturday. We didn't expect to find vegan food but they were able to make us vegan burgers and I think they were the best burgers we ever had. In the room we had constant heat and hot water. Wi-fi signal is good, considering where the house is, we were able to work all this period. We went for the Cosmoporf fair in Bologna, so we had few emotions about the distance, being 50min away by car but it turned out to be an easy drive and well worth the choice. I recommend if you choose to combine the fair with a little relaxation, to choose this location and and avoid the city crowds. Value for money in line with our expectations. The ladies are very nice and welcoming!

A clean and bright room in the middle of a beautiful and quiet area near Bologna (30 min from the airport with car). Plenty of green, birdsong in the morning, away from the hustle of the city. Chiara was a very friendly host, always helpful and shared a lot about the house, the garden, and the surrounding area. The house is filled with carefully selected objects/memorabilia - my personal favorite is the newspaper announcing the end of World War II in the dining room. Delicious and hearty breakfast with homemade pastries.

Excellent location of the accommodation in beautiful nature with even more beautiful scenery of the surrounding hills and vineyards. For us, an incredible view and environment and we highly recommend it. The room was very large and spacious for 4, clean and tidy. The breakfast was good but we missed a savory breakfast because the accommodation only offers sweet.

We really enjoyed the place. We had amazing view from balcony, comfortable bed and delicious breakfast with everything you need. Good coffee, fresh juice and also specialities. Also dinner in restaurant was delicious. Very designy place.
