An island above the city. Exceptional property with beautiful pool area and grounds. The staff was fantastic making sure every need was meet. Breakfast was freshly prepared and baked with almost overwhelming options. I would not hesitate to stay again. Very limited hotel guests. On property weddings brought music and celebration to the whole property.

10 things you need to know about this unique hotel: 1. Incredible hospitality of the owners: Roberto and his wife Patricia, they speak fluent English, and Roberto also speaks other languages, including French. 2. The magnificent location of the villa: 20 minutes from the center of Naples by motorway, 15 minutes to the top of Vesuvius and 15 minutes to Pompeii. 3. Convenient, spacious and secure parking on the territory of the villa (you get a remote control that opens the gate). 4. Stunning style and attention to detail both in the main living room of the villa and in each individual room. 5. Absolutely stunning views of Naples, the Gulf of Naples and the island of Capri. 6. Delicious breakfasts and the ability to use the kitchen at any time of the day or night - at your disposal a coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, etc. 7. An atmosphere of comfort and home that you get from the moment you check into the villa. And all this you get for a very good price. 8. Polite and friendly hotel staff, special thanks to Maria, who kept the place clean and was very friendly with us, we stayed with a cat and asked her to clean it in a way that would not scare him and she did everything exactly. 9. Quiet, absolutely safe area and street where the villa is located, every evening we went for a walk along it towards the pizzeria La Smorfia (10-12 minutes walk from the villa), the owner of the pizzeria greeted us like family and his cuisine is beyond praise, pizza - 10 points out of 10. And finally, 10. This is a place you didn't want to leave, because the owners of the villa put so much love, care and attention into their work that you start to feel at home. And it's always a little sad to leave home, only the hope of returning one day helps. Thank you very much for a wonderful time at your villa and your outstanding hospitality!!! The room was very nicely and modernly decorated. It was comfortable. The host is very nice. The breakfast was really good: I tasted typical Neapolitan pastries. It's a lovely place to stay when you want to visit this part of Italy. 👌🏻

This house is spacious and very good value for money it’s located in a quiet (secured) area and during the night private security drives 5 times along the house. The house has everything you need, with 2 (new) bed rooms and a nice shower. Private parking on own property. Everything was exceptional clean, and our host Nunzia also owns another location nearby B&B Bellatrix in Portici with very good reviews. She was very lovely and her mom was also with her and both provided great information about the area. We directly experienced Napolitano hospitality and felt directly at home. Also opposite the house live other family members and from time to time an older lady asked if everything was “tutto bene” and if we needed anything more. The hospitality we experienced was in the small details. Like for example: one day we were tired, and because the location of the house was a bit hard to explain in English to (many) pizzerias nearby (+many here don’t speak English well), Nunzia offered to order pizza for us. We just only needed to whatsapp what we wanted and it was delivered within 20 minutes. Although she didn’t speak English, with the microfoon function in Google translate we had a short talk the moments we saw each other. However most of the conversations happened via WhatsApp and anytime we had a question or needed assistance she texted back within 15 minutes. Because the house is a bit uphill you have a great sea view especially on bright sunny days. After we left the house to our next destination in Amalfi we ran into a challenge. Unfortunately at the very last moment the host in Amalfi had to cancel our booking because the previous guest had damaged his house. We were just 20 minutes nearby the house and it was already evening. And because it was late, I contacted Nunzia what to do, and she offered us to come back since the house was still available and she would wait for us. We did drive back for 1.

Stefania is a wonderful hostess, available 24/7. She brings products for breakfast in the morning and arranges everything needed. The place is a modern, fully furnished apartment (2 rooms) (AC, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, even a washing machine) in an old building. It is very clean and comfortable. To Herculaneum, it is 5 minutes. To the train it is 10 minutes. It is a great starting point for Naples or Pompeii.

    Enormous main pool that is spacious even in busy July month. Smaller pool for little kids on the side. View is great as you overlook the ocean. Gym is big and very well equipped. The place is cleaned daily and service is friendly and efficient.

    Carmela was a warm and inviting host—the whole family loved her. We were weary travellers with a 9yo and 3yo so opted to stay in for dinner and the meal she prepared was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was very calm and quiet. Kids loved table tennis, kicking balls etc. Very family friendly and comfortable spot, and excellent value for money. I really loved this B&B!

    We had a gorgeous stay in this scenic guesthouse. Such a warm welcome and lots of advice about the local area from Francesco and Carmela. The pool is fantastic and lots of patio space for lounging. Our family room was huge - with a separate alcove for the kids. Would definitely recommend.
