From arriving at the gate To leaving next day Florentina and her Husband made us feel at home , warm helpful and the Surroundings are idyllic for some one like me who loves domestic and non domestic animals the place if full of rescued animals that enjoy a wonderful life roaming the extensive grounds The Alpacas area joy to watch and so friendly, The pool was a great place to unwind after our long drive , and the views are to die for a shame i was only there for a day i could have stayed for weeks

Met all our expectations & more. Great base to visit Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia.These places you could spend all day in simply amazing medieval parts of them all. For an OMG activity visit the Grotte di frasassi UNDER GROUND CAVES put it on your bucket list. The host was simply the best couldn't get a better one. His home was home away from home. Excellent value

Gioie di campagna is excellent!! All the staff are very welcoming and friendly, there's everything you need! Beautiful peaceful surroundings and the restaurant is great!

I would reccomed this location for all who search a place to chill, like quiet locations and tranquility. Perfect for exploring Marche and Umbria, the hosts were very kind, helpful, food delicious (breakfast and dinner beyond our expectations). The house is surrounded by trees, has a nice swimpool and we just can't forget lovely cats and a dog. Room was very clean and cosy. We will definitely come back!
