Alma—whose name beautifully means soul in English—truly lives up to it. Her warmth, attention to detail, and thoughtful gestures made our stay absolutely exceptional. The apartment was not only beautiful and spotless but also full of little surprises that made us feel right at home. There were refreshing drinks, bottles of water, chocolates, fluffy towels for everyone, and even comfortable robes. The bathroom was stocked with all those thoughtful extras that most places forget—everything you need to settle in with ease. One of the most delightful moments was when we arrived and Alma asked us what we would like for breakfast. We even got to choose the flavor of the croissants! The next morning, she left fresh croissants and delicious focaccia at our door—such a kind and personal touch that made us feel pampered and appreciated. It was really, really nice. Alma was especially kind to us throughout our stay. You can truly feel her generosity and soul in the way she hosts. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here. This is a super clean, large one-bedroom apartment that puts you right on top of everything you want to see in Genova after a 12 minute walk from Principe station. Transit is plentiful but we hardly needed it. It's easy to access the building and apartment with the provided code. The kitchen was set up with everything we needed for our breakfast and dinners. There is a small balcony overlooking the back of the building where we dined al fresco - very nice. The host - Maura - is terrific to communicate with: prompt to reply, helpful, professional and - while we didn't meet in person as we were so busy sight-seeing - you can tell from the 'tone' of the messages that she is a very nice person. We hope to return and stay here again and we very much recommend this apartment for your stay in Genova!!

The appartment is made of 2 Rooms, 1 Bedroom with 2 large beds and 1 Living room with 1 sofa bed. It's very well equiped, comfortable and fully renovated. The location is pefect at 100 meter far from Red Pallace and Tourism Office. We were 4, 2 parents and 2 big teenagers. Michela did a perfect welcome for us, reactive and positive answers for advices and help. Thank you !
