The renovation of the building and the design are first class, and the service matches - relaxed and friendly without being intrusive. The location is very central. I ate in both restaurants - both were great. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. Our apartment is was located very close to the centre , approximately a 5 minute walk to to Ponte Vecchio . There are a lot of restaurants nearby and parking our car in a nearby garage was not a problem. The staff were very kind and organised it for us. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning and we were extremely pleased with our bedroom, our bed especially our pillow were nice and firm and the shower was very good. The staff are amazing, extremely helpful, friendly and made our stay very special.

    very good location with nice view. It is just few minutes drive to the bus station and then can take a bus directly to Florence. Very good and thoughtful hospitality, I was impressed by the family stories the owners. Our kids had lots of fun to play with the cat, Very lovely staying for us. Thank you.

    The hotel is clean, the staff so friendly and welcoming, they helped with a good restaurants to eat. from the street to the elevator you have little stairs to climb but not so hard. close to everything. we stayed 2 nights - a family with a child. I recommend for staying, is baby friendly.
