We liked everything! The accommodations are excellent and the decoration of the house has details that delight the eyes and warm the heart. and we feel that the hosts did everything to make us feel comfortable. House is lovely. Situated in a woodland setting with views of the valley and the nearest village, where there is a lovely pizzeria. House is very comfortable with comfy sofas, a lovely well-equipped kitchen, a large kitchen table, as well as useful outdoor seating areas, including in the garden and on the balcony of the upper floor. Beds are comfortable and lovely shower is just what's needed after a hot, sunny day. Nice touches we appreciated included having soft throw blankets for the sofas while flopping at the end of a day of sightseeing, and having a selection of seasoning, spices, rubs etc in the kitchen. For families, a washer and separate drier is always a bonus. We were very happy here and were grateful to have good WIFI and the option of watching smart TV, of which there are three.

There's a town with more food options 2km away from Fudy's Home. We went there first after our hike and our host somehow found us there and made sure we got our direction right with the house. She was also very friendly and helpful with suggesting the transportation for the next day after we check out. There was a minor problem with the heating stove and electricity, and she arrived very soon to help us solve the problem. The house got amazing balcony with stunning view, as well as a neat cozy kitchen.

The location is amazing with incredible views. Marco & Elisa are incredible hosts who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay in a property that they are rightly very proud of. We were a family of 4 with 2 small dogs and all of us were made to feel very welcome. They were on site every morning to care for the garden, clean the pool, etc and took care to make sure that they were available for any question or suggestion for local amenities we might have without being overbearing. To be able to visit Pisa, Florence, Maranello, Modena, etc from such a stunning central location was superb, although we didn't always want to leave the apartment and its serene location. Just a 5 minute drive across the valley is a medieval village with another set of stunning views and towns within a 10 minute drive for restaurants and supermarkets. A 30 minute drive takes you to Spider Park, a tree climbing experience which me and my daughters loved, my wife and dogs enjoyed the forrest walks.
