Things seem new. Everything i needed was there (even plaster). I particularly like the little office chair. WiFi works and hot water is hot enough. AC is included. I like the design of the toilet. And the apartment is quite spacious. The ceiling is high and looks good. A fruit store and a supermarket are nearby. It's not a long walk to the valley. The owner is really nice and provided me with some dinner recommendations. It is totally worth the price.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Great location, comfortable rooms. Spa was lovely and relaxing. We dined in restaurant onsite and it was absolutely fabulous- a great meal and experience. The maitre d' was a lovely person and he really added to our experience. I highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant for a high- class experience. Would love to stay here again.

Anyone going to matera should stay in this hotel. The view is absolutely amazing. You can sit on the deck enjoying a glass of wine and enjoying. The staff is also amazing and very helpful. The room is great and shower perfect.
