Flagged down a local who called the owners whom came to my rescue within 10minutes. Can’t speak more highly enough of the family that run it. Special shout out to Salvatore as well. What a legend!

The house is big , very comfortable accurate in the design and has everything for cooking cleaning and the bathrooms are very good . One with a huge vasca idro . Is an old house with stones and so is very fresh even if outside there are 38 degrees. Fantastic house and hospitality of the owner. She let me in the morning for check out till 2,30 without any problem and without any extra money. I had breakfast for two days included. Great service and I didn’t expect a so lovely house on 2 floors and a terrace in the backyard with view to internal garden.

We had a Family Room, which was actually two rooms adjoining that worked out well for 4. It is a peaceful location and we had a great view of the mountains. The pool area is excellent and it was 5 star service from staff, who were professional and very friendly.

Very clean and spacious. Nice countryside setting, with private patio area and balcony. The house has everything for a comfortable stay, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher etc. The hosts are extremely helpful and very gracious about any requests made. They provided freshly grown lettuce and zucchini, fresh home made bread and their own extra virgin olive oil. All delicious. Plenty of room for parking, big comfortable beds and good WiFi. And it's pet friendly!

La Fattoria is situated in Cusano Mutri. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the guest house free of charge. The guest house also offers facilities for disabled guests.

The location is nicely tucked away for the peace one looks for, I left early in the am, but the staff was nice enough to load me up with some fruits and juices the night before knowing of my early departure...... the titolares were great and boy can mama whip up a great meal traditional Italian Fair. Was Awesome!!!
