A last minute booking on a cycling trip, we had no real expectations but were happily surprised. Helpful staff, nice room, beautiful surroundings. Purchased on site breakfast which was excellent. Secure storage provided for our bikes. Highly recommend this hotel

The place is charming. The staff is very helpful. The location is right in the middle of the delta del Po. There is a secure parking too. Lots of good restaurant around. Book early for the ones by the sea.

room, upper room, bathroom, kitchen - all of those were stuffed with needed elements, nothing was missing. Beds are awesome, everything is quite and comfortable. Conditioner was available but house is keeping cool very well (no need for cooling while +30 outside). No problems with toilet/shower for all 4 family members) Restaurant is in 30m from apartments.
