This BnB is really charming. It is situated in a small village with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The room was spacious, airy and bright. So comfortable and spotlessly clean. Antonio the host can not do enough for you. He explained the history of Matera, what to visit and advised on where to eat. He really is a super host. Grazie mille Antonio. Also I want to mention his son Ilya(I hope I got the name right) who met us on the first night...we arrived quite late after midnight. He was also very friendly and helpful. Very nice family run business. I highly recommend it if you are visiting Matera.

Everything was superb.Very clean and comfortable apartment ,close to supermarket and just 10 min by car from the old town .Perfect location if you have a car as there is a parking lot for free.We definitely will come back again .

Nice two bedroom apartment in the quite residential area of Matera. Historical center is 10-15 minutes walking distance. There is a free public parking next to the apartment. We were greeted on arrival by the host, who has given us the keys, showed the apartment and explained a bit about Matera and what to see there. The host speaks very reasonable English. Apartment itself had everything we needed. There was enough cutlery in the kitchen, bathroom was functioning properly, there was heating and warm water, beds were comfy. Cannot complain about anything. Highly recommended!
