For an older hotel it was very well maintained. The staff, from the hotel to the amazing restaurant, were so kind and welcoming and helpful. The restaurant is off the charts amazing. Also love the location. It’s a sweet little town.

This is our third time staying here on our way south from Rome. The last time we were there was 10 years ago, but the hotel is still as wonderful. You feel like you are in a palace. The breakfast room, the park... are especially beautiful. The hotel staff are the nicest!

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Fontechiari, Fons Clara Domus et Eventi is a guest house surrounded by views of the mountain.

A wonderful stay! Our host was so friendly and helpful...immediately made us feel very welcome and at home. We stayed in a 2-level apt attached to the owner's home. The space was very cozy, with lots of art and all the amenities. Being able to have breakfast there with use of a full kitchen was also especially nice. Easy walking distance to centro storico. What a difference staying in a private home where it was possible to engage in conversation with our kind host and have some personal connection to a place, unlike in larger hotel settings. Made all the difference!
