The house is nice, close to the beach. Air conditioning was working well in both bedrooms. Friendly and quickly responsive host, who immediately solved all the issues arised during the stay. Parking is quite freely available on the street (remember the color of parking lines for the free one). Beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything necessary. Several supermarkets nearby.

It was the best apartment (out of 5) we had so far in Italy. It is newly renovated, has everything you need, the owner is very nice. The village is also pretty nice. If you like nature and rural Italy, its a very good place.

We stayed for four nights and couldn’t be happier with our choice. This is a small boutique-style hotel with a charming and cozy atmosphere. Our room was spacious and cleaned daily, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks, juice, yogurt, water, and milk in the fridge for guests. Breakfast was simple but delightful—fresh croissants and coffee at a lovely café nearby. We also had a coffee machine in our room and the coffee was nice. Tea and water are also provided. The owner, Antonio, was incredibly attentive and kind, always available to assist us. Even though it was our first time in Reggio Calabria, we felt as if we were visiting an old friend. The hotel’s location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, with a beautiful view of the park from our windows. The seafront promenade is just a five-minute walk away.

The property was so clean and perfect, everything that we needed for our little 3 night stay, the facilities were great and the extra perks we got from the deluxe suite were amazing, could not fault the property one bit. The Room was modern, clean and so comfortable, we had a fridge in our room which allowed us to keep all our drinks cold while at the apartment, the bed was so comfortable and the hot tub was amazing and you could fill it yourself and choose the perfect temperature with how the weather was which was great after a day in 27 degree heat, the property is only a short walk from the main town centre which made it easy to go for meals on the evening and come back to relax during the really hot afternoons. The host was absolutely amazing with recommendations and helping us to find the best places we would enjoy while staying at his apartment, he even went out of his way to pick us up from the airport and drop us back off, which saved us paying a fortune for a taxi, Honestly the best host we have ever had and would recommend staying at this property if you ever decide to visit Reggio Calabria
