The house is set in a quiet location with a view of Castell’Arquato in the near distance. It is interesting, sparkling clean and very comfortable to stay in. The breakfasts were excellent but the best thing about Mulino Marsa is Luciano the owner. He is a kind and generous man who did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. All eight members of our family were impressed with kindness and level of service. We would love to stay there again.

Breakfast was tasty with some pie, muesli, yogurt. And scrambled eggs the second day. Very nice region and some good restaurants not so far.

Wonderful host, Valentina. She went out of her way to mske our stay a comfortable one. She showed us around the vineyard, which added much to our appeciation of this area. The wines and food were magnificent. The room is clean, comfortable and convenient.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The property had beautiful views of the countryside. Our host was very welcoming and spoke very good English.

Lovely rooms, clean and bright. Bathrooms fab, loved the shower! Dinner was great value (we thought the cost was each and turned out to be for both!) Staff at dinner were really helpful, especially with the gluten free request.

The owners have thought of everything. In the small kitchenette you will find everything you need. The views from the terrace of the room are amazing. The beds are very comfortable, the couch is very nice, the bathroom is perfect. The team is fab, especially Elia! This is a B&B that really gives back something to the community.
