We had an excellent stay with a very gracious host Marcella, who speaks fluent English. She met us at the downstairs entrance at the agreed upon time, and showed us the property. Up two flights of stairs, you enter a hallway where both large bedrooms are. Each bedroom has it's own large bathroom that is accessible from the hallway. All impeccably clean. The beds were super comfortable. We had a large double bed, and our two boys had a large double bed and a large single bed in bedroom #2. Each bedroom had a well functioning and modern AirCon unit. Upstairs via a flight of stairs connected to the internal hallway is a decent-size kitchen with a Lavazza coffee-maker, fridge-freezer and a small table for family breakfasts. From here you can enter the large private terrace, equipped with a table and chairs. We did not use the outside, as it was too hot. The bus-stop to Taormina is 130 meters from the apartment, and we used it every day. We shopped at the nearby 'Mini Marked de Anna' only 60m away, and they make awesome fresh sandwiches there. Note their opening hours; closed during early afternoon. We had great brunches (omelettes, scrambled eggs) at nearby 'Ristorante Arco Rosso' another 90m away. This restaurant has a fantastic owner that speaks perfect English.

Set on the east coast of Sicily, Garden Hotel is just 50 metres from the sandy beaches of Taormina. It features a lovely relaxing garden with tables, chairs and sun loungers.

An amazing hotel. Our room had fantastic views of the sea and Mt Etna. We got here on a day that Mt Etna was erupting and had superb views of the lava fountains shooting out of the top of the mountain. The team at the hotel were great and engaging with the guests. A short stroll into the old town centre and access to all places of interest close by. The hotel has a private beach club at Letojanni, which was great. We will stay here again when we visit.

The apartment fully corresponds to the pictures. Very cosy, clean, 3-4 min drive from the sea. The host is very polite. Our flight was 2 hours late and arrived very late in the night but we were instructed how to get the keys and everything was alright. She was online any time we needed. Very thankful for the nice place and hospitality 🙌

The breakfast was fantastic, even offered eggs or omelet. Location was perfect just steps from Corso Umberto. The owner and staff were lovely and very helpful and acommodating.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Location is perfect. Right in the center yet in a very quiet area. The guesthouse is beautifully designed and tastefully decorated.

The hosts are AMAZING they made new suggestions every day for where we could visit and how long it would take. Every suggestion was great. They had delicious food waiting for us when we arrived late from the airport, even cooking seperate items for vegetarian and meat eating requirements!. And the breakfast was fantastic!! Plenty to keep you going until late in the day. Fresh anti-pasti, eggs from their own chickens, oranges from their own trees!! YUM!! The rooms were 100% clean and beds are comfy. A really great central location to drive everywhere. Easy to find places to eat locally without having to go up to Taormina. We would certainly go back!!
