It is honestly the best hotel staff I ever encountered, very friendly and welcoming people, the rooms are clean ,modern and has new furniture .The location is very good you open the door the the city centre, we were afraid of the load noise of the night life but actually it was good and safe.

A unique place you can never imagine ! So well decorated, full of nice people and ideally located. The city is not interesting, but this hotel is, definitely!

Residence Diana offers a very good location in Merano, near Schloss Trauttmansdorff, only a 10-minute walk from the city centre and 5 minutes by car to the cable car Bergstation Seilbahn Meran 2000.

My husband and I stayed for one night at the villa. It was one of the best! Brigitte is very polite, nice and friendly host. Even thought we booked last minute, she met us for check-in and made us feel at home. The room was very clean, spacious and absolutely beautiful. The view from the balcony was also nice! The location is perfect: calm area but a short walking distance to the center. It was an excellent value for money and I would love to come back again!

The property kindly informs that breakfast cannot be offered from 18.01.-06.03.25. The hot tub is open from April to January 6th.

The hotel setting is an eyrie above Merano and has remarkable views. The hotel staff was unbelievably friendly and professional. Hotel management is to be commended for its choice of staff and for their training. It was a pleasure to stay here. We chose the half-board plan and the food and wine were excellent.

The staff and accommodations were beyond what we expected. We will definitely come back. We had not been to Merano before and the city was gorgeous - we ran out of time to do everything we wanted. We will stay longer next time!
