Everything is provided for a comfortable stay, especially with children — there’s a pool, a playground, and a great restaurant nearby. The food was excellent, so there was no need to worry about where to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Overall, the comfort level is a solid 10 out of 10.

This is the best 4 star hotel that we have ever stayed in. The room (and adjoining bathroom) was extremely spacious and clean, and the mattress though a bit hard, was very comfortable. The service and attention to our needs was outstanding, and what made staying here a really great experience. As an example, both of us have a very severe gluten intolerance. The hotel offered us many gluten-free options for breakfast, as well as a good variety of buffet options that were naturally gluten free. We also really liked the food at the on-site restaurant, and ate dinner there twice. The hotel also offers many different kinds of public transport tickets to purchase at the reception, as well as advice on how to best get to your intended destination. They will also call taxis for you, and have a wonderful airport taxi pick-up service they can arrange upon request for your arrival. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and will definitely come back if we ever find ourselves in Venice again!

Hosts were very nice. Bus to Venice city center is 2 min walk from the appartement which makes this a perfect and affordable option for a short weekend getaway or a longer stay. Hosts were also kind and allowed me to checkin way after the normal checkin time.

The owners were super friendly and nice. It was clear they care about the happiness of their guests. The room was nice, spacious, comfy bed, and delicious breakfast to be enjoyed by all. There were real roses in the room to make us feel more welcome, as well as a bowl of fresh fruits. Good lavazza coffee at will, with a fully equipped kitchen, just in case you’re not in the mood to eat out. Just a quick bus or tram ride from Venice train station, with the stop right under the windows makes it super accessible for travellers wishing to explore Venice all day long. They also let us stay a bit longer before check out due to the weather conditions without any problems.

Very spatious and modern appartment, confortably furnished, kitchen fully functional. 3 minutes to the bus, and 20 minutes travel by bus and the funny tramway with only one single rail to the heart of Venice.
