The property was ideal for our westie dog. Plenty of space to run even without a leash and the possibility of long country walks. It was beautiful and very relaxing. Luisa is very kind and the breakfast was genuinely amazing. We will definitely be back!

The place is astonishing, a 18-century property refurbished partly as an accomodation, partly as a place for people with special needs, who also work at the premises. Beautiful sorroundings, breakfast in a very nice courtyard. All the peace you can find. Is in the countryside, still very near Modica and also Scicli. The apartment given to us was OK, it has a private open space with a big table and chairs. IMHO an excelent place to have relax and nice tours nearby.

Location was a few kilometers out from Modica, so you'll need a car to travel there but it was well worth it! The house is beautiful, and the facilities are great. Giancarlo was a fabulous host, and was very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and the room was spacious with air conditioning. The pool was wonderful to use as well. Would highly recommend!!

Great place to stay in Modica, couldn't recommend one better!! Gianpiero was an exceptional host. We had a small issue with the hot water, he took care of everything asap and didn't charge us for the breakfast plan. If we go back to Modica, we will stay in the same place, no doubt. Everything is perfect. Wonderful place to stay. Obviously being a country hotel It is in the middle of the field.

This beautifully restored resort is located in the Sicilian countryside, a 15-minute drive from Modica and the same distance from blue flag beaches.
