Great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very nice and had a nice selection. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Loved the high painted ceilings. Made for a lovely trip to Florence.

We had a wonderful stay. Our apartment is was located very close to the centre , approximately a 5 minute walk to to Ponte Vecchio . There are a lot of restaurants nearby and parking our car in a nearby garage was not a problem. The staff were very kind and organised it for us. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning and we were extremely pleased with our bedroom, our bed especially our pillow were nice and firm and the shower was very good. The staff are amazing, extremely helpful, friendly and made our stay very special.

The hotel is beautiful, a 15 minute walk to the city center. The place is calm, silent, the staff is amazing, there's a bar with a woman called Olga, who is super nice. There are a lot of local restaurants nearby, far from the tourists and the noises. I definitely recommend because you can have a little bit of the "100% italian Florence" and, yet, be close to the city center. Again: the restaurants nearby... Amazing food! Please, if you are in doubt, go to this hotel.
