There is pretty much nothing to fault. The stay was amazing. Our stay in this hotel was outstanding from start to finish. The rooms are in a beautiful medieval palace in the heart of Siena. It is quite a small hotel, which makes it feel very homely and cozy. The room was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities that one would expect from this price range. What struck me particularly was how big the rooms were, how clean and how big and comfortable the bathtub was. In the morning there was an incredible breakfast spread waiting for us downstairs. But the most special thing about the hotel were the employees. Everyone was absolutely fantastic and made our stay so enjoyable and positive. Thank you all so much! You deserve a pay rise.

Alessandra is very nice. She even drove me to the city center :) The stay itself was very wonderful. The design of the room is classic. Room was very clean. Bathroom was soooo clean! AC worked so well. The location is reachable by bus from Siena Central Station and Siena city center. Breakfast was very good!! Don’t forget to try the orange juice and lavender cake!
