Very nice apartment on the second floor of a new building. It is well equipped with everything you need. Nothing was missing. Car parking (free) is on the square and not far from the building. The beds are comfortable. The sea is close to the apartment, and the city center is a short walk away. We will come back here when we come to Nettuno.

The residence is located in the very heart of Nettuno, the location could not be better! There are two huge beautiful sand beaches at 5 minutes walk distance - ideal for kids as the water is not profound. There are millions of fine restaurants everywhere in the center - for all budgets, one eats well just everywhere! In our apartment we had an amazing roof terrace with a magnificent sea view as well as the view of the lively Nettuno streets. The bed was extremely comfortable and big. The air conditioner was working perfectly. The wifi was great as well, very fast. The cleaning personnel (ATI) was a very freandly and helpful person. The host of the residence Arianna was extremely helpful and friendly, she responded to our every single request/favour within a few minutes, has arranged taxis for us, etc. The cafe where we had breakfat (just one step across the street) was most welcoming and delicious. Nettuno in the evening/ night is just magnificent!

We had a delightful stay at Nello’s freshly renovated apartment, which came equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. While it's a bit away from the city center, its proximity to the beach was a definite plus. Nello stood out as an exceptional host; his kindness and eagerness to ensure our satisfaction were truly commendable. He generously offered transportation to and from the train station, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, his son Gianluca's restaurant, Blanco, located in Nettuno center, serves excellent pizzas and is worth visiting. Thanks to both Nello and Gianluca for their hospitality - Maria and Jolanta wish you continued success and all the best for the future!

The place is exceptional : conveniently located to the beach and to the centre of the town(and Rome as well). It's spotlessly clean and really well- equipped with everything guests might need. It's really spacious too. The hosts are fantastic: hospitable, polite and helpful. We spent a lovely week at Andrea's apartment. They also provide breakfast, Andrea' s sister made pies for us. If ever come back to Nettuno or Rome, will definitely stay here. Highly recommended

Great villa! Great hosts! The villa is in a very convenient location for tourists with cars. It is located 40 km from Rome. There are buffer parking lots at the last Metro stops. The villa is comfortable for six people. There are two verandas, one with a barbecue. Thanks to Valeriano and his wife for a wonderful stay. We will definitely visit them again.

The service that we got from Massimo was beyond expectations even though his English is not perfect, The place is super clean, everything new and in a great condition, the pool was very nice, we also liked the breakfast, I traveled with a family and we all enjoyed , I defensively can recommend that place!

Great site with everything you could want or need. Out little caravan was so lovely and clean and the beds were comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer! The kids loved the park etc and the forest area is lovely
