Really lovely place, super friendly staff and the grounds man have done a fantastic job with the place. The pool is nice and the seating area is lovely. Highly recommend staying here over than in central Pisa especially if you have a car. We’ve done both and wish we stayed here instead of central the first time. Central & Airport are 10-15 min drive and there is an incredible resturant 4 mins away called Ristoro Risotteria Grigliera that you must check out while you’re here. Rooms are super clean and a decent size. Thank you for hosting us :)

This is a newly renovated upper floor apartment. It was very clean, well equipped and the hosts are clearly trying very hard to make it a good experience for guests. We had some issues with the AC and they were very responsive to try and find a solution.

Very nice and spacious house. Clean rooms and good beds. Friendly and caring host. Easy check in and self check out Private parking just outside the house in gated community. 5 min drive to the center of Livorno with great local restaurangs by the sea. 10min drive to the Corsica ferries Much better than any hotel !

Room was very comfortable and clean, air conditioning and welcome necessities in the fridge as we arrived. The host and parents were lovely and very accomodating and even allowed us to use their BBQ in the garden.

The hotel was very new, clean and in a great location, close to everything we needed. The host was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The host even arranged an early morning taxi to the airport for us, which was a huge help. Highly appreciated!
