Lovely old house well converted for accommodation use. Swimming pool lovely breakfast served out side in the right weather. House surrounded by land including 500 olive trees that provide oil for sales. Cold pressed and excellent. Perfect hostess.

I have never experienced hospitality like this before!! Ettore and his wife Ines went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was picked up from the bus stop and offered coffee and biscuits upon arrival. The following day Ettore kindly drove me to the Villa del Casale, even suggesting the time it was best to visit. He shared many details about their town and region. The room was beautiful (pictures don’t do it justice), very spacious with a balcony (beautiful view!), and the most comfortable bed. The breakfast was an abundance of choice, everything fresh and yummy. The highlight was the selection of jams they make themselves. The hospitality and the pride they have in their home and region really made this the highlight of my trip. Look no further, book right away!

Loved the isolation, the incredible views, surrounded by nature. This isn't a 5 star hotel and shouldn't be booked if you are expecting luxury. What you do get is an honest property for the location. Surrounded by farming it comes with the honesty and love of the sicillian family that runs it. It is a comfortable rural property with all the basics you need for a short stay. We can't comment on cooking facilities as we ate cold foods..it was too hot for anything else. Beds are really comfy. Erma and her husband were absolutely lovely and brought organic treats for us. Loved it!!!!!!
