The host was very flexible, allowed an earlier check in. A child bed was offered without any hiccups and also complementary snacks for the little one. Giuseppe was there to answer promptly for every question. Very much appreciated .

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was perfect, very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Parking can be a bit tricky, especially if you arrive later in the evening, but we managed to find a spot nearby. I would recommend this place.

Below points are my honest review, and I really appreciate all of those points. Very well done business and I HIGHLY recommend Villa Andress to anyone looking for tranquility and comfy stay: Spottless clean Tranquility Kind owners Dog friendly Free and safe parking Even you are bit secluded, you can drive in 10 minutes to lovely Sassari, 45 minutes to Castellsadro and nearby beaches or magnificent sunset spot of Point de Vue Capo Caccia in 50 minutes. On the way back from daytrips we found excelent Agroturismo restaurants, that are in the middle of nowhere (Agriristoro Le Pinnette - Ristorante di Campagna) - so definitelly day trips are recommended. Afterwards enjoy tranquility at Andress Villa! :)

Our stay at Locanda Su Mere in Cheremule from August 8th to 22nd, 2025, was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, our hosts, Riccardo and Giovanna Rosa, welcomed us as if we were part of their family. They went far beyond what any guest could expect – guiding us to hidden gems, authentic Sardinian experiences, and places where you can truly feel the heart and soul of Italy and Sardinia, far away from typical tourist routes. One of the most unforgettable moments was being invited to their family lunch. It was an incredible experience – delicious homemade dishes, warm hospitality, and the feeling of being part of a true Italian family. Their kindness, generosity, and attention to every detail made our stay truly special. They also gave us great recommendations for beautiful beaches, local events, and festivals, helping us experience Sardinia in the most authentic way possible. My wife and I were delighted with everything – the comfort of the accommodation, the hospitality, and the atmosphere. We highly recommend Locanda Su Mere to anyone visiting Sardinia. We are certain we will return in the future.

Very Clean.No breakfast but the kitchen was available 24/7 to make tea and coffe with biscuits and pastries. Fresh bottled water, milk and juices were also available in the fridge.

What a delightful experience. As I arrived to the free parking outside, my Mum's favourite flower appeared; a sunflower, always a good sign! When I entered I was met with the smiling faces of the friendly hosts who took me to my room, which was more beautiful than the pictures, and was quickly checked in so I could jump on my Zoom call! Enjoyed a wander in the local area, unfortunately most of the restaurants were closed (good to check) but I had a lovely nights sleep and was super-impressed with all the work they had done to rennovate the property. Lots of lovely treats, including fresh fruit and handmade biscuits. Maybe slightly off the beaten-track, but if you are road-tripping through Sardinia this is by far the best spot in the area!
