Great place and fantastic host. We were warmly welcomed and given with all kind of extremely useful instructions regarding the place and its location. It is situated very close to the amazing center of Perugia, however it may not look like at the first glance. The hint is to use stairs to walk inside the city. Perfect parking lot is available which is very useful and unique in crowded Italian cities. You may park your car safely with constant access the the car. And all that 500 meters from Perugia Fortress. Strongly recommended!

The breakfast was daily fresh and abundant and served at the time which we requested. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the premises and room were comfortable and clean with a good sized modern bathroom. Parking facilities were also excellent and secure. The location was also very good for travelling to all parts of Umbria particularly Perugia and Assisi.

We were surprised and enjoyed every moment, including the house, the spaces, the design, the lovely couple who hosted us in a generous and kind way. The fine food that the owner's sister cooked. The pleasantness and the beautiful hospitality that Sima and Novolo gave us a feeling of home. Already dreaming of the next time to wake up in the morning to nature, peace and quiet. I am sorry I only stayed one night. The location is 10 minuets by car from central Perugia and is a very easy drive. The grounds are lovely and would make an ideal place to stay to explore the area. The house is extremely clean and the grounds are very nicely kept. The staff is helpful with restaurants and travel advise in the area. I will come back to use this hotel as my hub to explore this beautiful region
