We loved everything about this property. It is just like the pictures, beautiful and spacious with stunning outdoor areas. A quick 5-10 min drive to Certaldo where we caught 1hr trains to both Florence and Pisa. Also very close to San Gimignano and Volterra (which was our favourite). We stayed in the 3 level apartment (with hot tub on the top level), which we highly recommend! Our host, Andrea, met us at the property and was very kind and helpful! Very good place to stay right in the middle of the old town. Clean, with all necessary amenities and included breakfast. Sascia, the host, did her best to help us and make our stay confortabile (Grazie Sascia!). Highly recommended.

Exceptional in all respects 12/10. Spotlessly clean room and kitchen, friendly and attentive owners. Relaxing, quiet setting with views from the balcony, and nice garden. Best experience on VF, a really good breakfast and for pilgrims they provided some pasta and sauce to cook ourselves for dinner (no shops within walking distance) but only 150 m from the actual VF track)

Amazing location in the heart of Certaldo alta, next to the funicular. Stunning bluilding, quod with amazing view, restaurant with delicious food and terrace view. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Alfred was a lovely host. Very helpful to rearrange the dates of our stay due to travel problems we had, and shared tips on the town and countryside walk. We had an amazing and relaxing time!

From the Cleaning staff, breakfast staff, waiting staff, chef, barman and reception staff all were extremely helpful a joy to speak with, the restaurant was the best food we have had during our many visits to Italy, we were lucky enough to attend a cocktail and food matching evening which was outstanding, if you want a proper relaxing enjoyable break this is the place for you. We will definitely return.
