We loved this apartment. It was in a perfect location to be able to wander the tiny little alleyways and the place was really roomy and cozy warm. We were able to wash clothes and cook our own meal using the kitchen facilities - perfect!!

Breakfast is excellent. The buffet offers a wide variety of fresh pastries, breads, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and fruits, all replenished promptly. Hot beverages, including coffee and tea, are readily available, and the serving area is kept clean and well-organized. Beyond breakfast, rooms are notably spacious, feature tasteful decor, and are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Both reception staff and dinner restaurant staff are friendly, helpful, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

This was truly a top-tier stay. The apartment had everything we needed to completely relax and recharge. The living area, kitchen, and bedroom were all spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully. The bathroom was fully stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the two air conditioning units, which kept the apartment perfectly cool. The building is divided into two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. We stayed in the first-floor apartment, which had a private balcony. Private parking directly in front. The pool area is absolutely amazing and large. There were swimming flotation toys and there were plenty of loungers and benches by the pool for sunbathing. It's so peaceful and makes for a perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon. The whole property is new, well-cared-for, and incredibly clean and comfortable. Our hosts were just as incredible. While they live on the property, in a separate house. They were never intrusive. They made everything so easy for us and were extremely helpful. Do you need something ? They can help! They were always available if we needed anything and gave us plenty of space. They even surprised us with a delicious breakfast! We were always greeted by the friendly dog Theo, and there were two little kittens roaming the property! It’s ideal for children. Theo , you're the best. The location is simply perfect. It offers a peaceful, green retreat while still being incredibly convenient. The charming town of Nepi is within easy walking distance, and you'll find plenty of supermarkets and shopping just a short drive away. It's also an excellent home base for exploring the beautiful Lazio region and a trip to Rome, which is only 50 km away. The place is even better than the photos. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and immaculate stay. Normally ,next year we were going to a other country. I think that we are coming back!
