Our stay at the hotel was impeccable and pleasant! The hotel and our room was neat and clean, well equipped. The staff was friendly, polite, eager to help and assist in anything we might needed. They were quick and efficient whenever we had questions or minor problems. Our room was well air conditioned when we arrived, even a bit chilly to our liking – which was fixed with a quick call to the reception. They immediately set our thermostat's limit higher, after which we could change the temperature in a much wider range. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness gave just as much to our experience as the hotel's conditions itself. The hotel is quite far from the heart of Rome, so they offer regular shuttles in the mornings and afternoons to Monti Tiburtini metro station. It was easy to schedule, and the driver was super friendly too. Their restaurant had flavorful dishes for dinners and good prices (even Booking.com discounts too). The servers were easygoing and put in a lot of effort to their work. The breakfast had such a wide variety of choices that we could try something new each day of our stay. The restaurant staff in the morning were very accommodating too, especially an older gentleman, who always offered to bring us cappuccino to our breakfast. Thank you to all the staff members (reception, restaurant, transportation, housekeeping, maintenance) for providing us with such a great experience!

The apartment is freshly renovated, super clean, and has all the essential toiletries. Breakfast was delicious, especially the myrtille muffins🤩! MariaAlba and Danieli were the best hosts! So flexible, attentive, and incredibly friendly. It really felt like staying with family. Plus, the location is great, just a 10-minute walk from Termini station. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The accommodation was excellent and located in a strategic spot, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city very convenient. The accomodation was really beautiful and the hosts some of the best i have EVER experienced. The accomodation is so close to a metro station and the centre of Rome - Colloseum etc but is a more tranquil area. I loved every single thing about my stay! The hosts were just incredibly warm and accomodating - they helped me with everything. 1000% would stay again.
