This was a good choice! The house is attractive, clean, well kept, it has a nice garden and it is well located. Not far from Alghero or from the airport- 20 min only, from beautiful beaches and there are good traditional restaurants in the area. However, we spent a great time in this place!

A big, spacious country house with a nice garden, gazebo and children playground. Plenty of parking. Marianna is a stellar host! She cared for us all the time, brought us cold cuts, sardenian desserts and a nice hand-made souvenir at the end of our stay. The area is quiet and rural, a bit isolated, but in the neighbouring village of La Corte (10 minutes walk down the road) there is a nice pizzeria and two small cafes where you could also find fresh bread and croissants in the morning. 20 minutes by car to Alghero, Sassari and the nearest beaches.

Casa Villamarina absolutely exceeded expectations. This is a gorgeous, peaceful place on a perfect vineyard near one of the best towns in Sardegna. What set it apart was the service. The front desk person was so friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The parking was covered and so secure, which was amazing for our classic and not air-conditioned car. The vineyard has a great tour where I learned more about wine than I had ever known. The breakfast was phenomenal, the best one in our week-long tour of Sardegna and Corsica. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a little peace and quiet within shouting distance of Alghero!

I would highly recommend this B&B. It was so clean and comfortable with a beautiful patio and garden out the back. Mauro couldn't be more helpful. He drove my husband to the airport the next morning to hire our car while I waited at the house with the kids. It was a lovely and stress free way to start our holiday and would definitely go back.
