Everything was excellent, the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the location is great, by car you can easily reach the most beautiful beaches. The host Michele was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay, and warm greetings to his kind and friendly children. We definitely recommend this place.

Luana was our host and she was fantastic giving us recomendations in the area and showing us how Everything worked in the house This is a Great please to stay outside Lecce, very quiet and the house offers everything you need, the back garden is great to take the sun in privets and if you are travelling with children it’s a great area for them to play. Beds were comfortable and big. A/c works great and has one in each room. Also the private parking was a plus, specially when the days were so hot

This is a really nice and new bed and breakfast with beautiful and well kept grounds. The host is very friendly and kind. The room was spacious, the bathrooms really nice and the shared kitchen had all the necessary things. Even more, there was a complementary drink machine, so you could have a coffee or tea at any time.

Excellent room, all around. Very fun and stylish, as was the whole facility. Location was perfect; secure back entrance opens directly into the historic center, and just minutes walk to attractions and food/drink. Our room had a balcony, and overlooked the road inside the walls. I would recommend a balcony room for this purpose. The balcony was large, with 2 chairs and a table. There are also pleasant looking outside lounge areas on each floor. Although the downstairs area includes a bar and restaurant, the soundproofing is exceptional; one night, we returned to the hotel and very loud EDM music was playing in the bar, but none of the sound leaked into our room. For the season, the room's climate control had been set to a minimum 20 degrees, which was too warm for me, so we asked the reception desk and she turned off the limiter to our room and we were able to adjust the minimum and maximum at will. (A cool thing to know!) Breakfast was ordered from a menu, with abundant choices, and served quickly. Bacon and eggs was on the daily menu, and it was a treat; at least 3 or 4 eggs, fluffily scrambled, with yummy toast and 3 strips of American-style bacon.

Large spacious room with a great pool to cool off. Alessandro our Host went above and beyond to provide us with an amazing experience in Lecce catering for all of our needs. Lovely Italian breakfast was provided and was in easy walking distance to the Old town. Extremely friendly staff.

The wonderful mini-hotel turned out to be much better than we expected! Everything is wonderful and thought out to the smallest detail so that guests do not need anything. Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, everything for making tea and coffee, good breakfast! Upon arrival, we were met by a wonderful good-natured person and the owner of the hotel, Luca, who helped us carry our suitcase, showed us everything in the hotel and offered coffee, it felt like we came to visit relatives, the welcome was so warm. We are very grateful to him for this! If we are lucky enough to visit Lecce again, we will only stay here! I highly recommend it to everyone!
