A nice family-run hotel in a splendid location, very close to the Dome Square. The staff, especially Stepano went out of theitr way to make our stay really pleasant. The breakfast was amazing, the selection of home-made jams really unique. We received all the help we needed and got useful recommendations. All in all it was a showcase how to run a family hotel making the guests happy.

The villa is beautiful, as are the surroundings with beautiful plants. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and very nicely furnished. The villa has an indoor swimming pool, two saunas, a living room with TV, chess, billiards, in short, superb. In reality, everything is more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures. The surroundings of the villa are still being improved, there will be a swimming pool outside. The location of the villa is easy to reach and is close to the city center. Parking is on the property. Breakfast is in a bar outside the villa, very good pastries, typical of the area. I highly recommend this accommodation, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay at this new hotel! The rooms are very clean and the service perfect. We were warmly welcomed by Lia and she gave us the best tips for nearby beaches, restaurants, and what to do in syracuse. Breakfast at the terrace had a beautiful view.

Great hotel right in the city center. At the same time it is located on a small street, so the noise did not bother us. Everything was great!

Our host Giusy was amazing, very warm and welcoming. She went above and beyond her duties as host. Giusy also went to the extent of getting me a birthday cake which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was amazing every morning. We will definitely return here.

The loaction was very convenient, as we were travelling by public transport (bud and train) with 2 small children (aged 5&7). The place was clean, with good atmospere (children loved aquarium in the floor) and we all enjoyed patio as a part of the room. They have good beds, large and comfortable. And the host was very nice and helpful. Last but not least, we also like the breakfast very much. We really enjoed staying there :)
