I booked this apartment initially because it was closer to the airport for a next day flight. It was a nice surprise. The apartment had a lovely terrace and was so close to the beach. The beach was amazing and uncrowded. We were there in April though and I imagine it gets a lot busier in the Sumer months. The apartment was on the 2nd floor but there was a lift. Bonus! There were restaurants close by and parking right in front of the building. I wish that we had booked a couple of nights more at this apartment.

    The hostess is available and happy to assist, and help with anything you need. The house is very clean, and equipped with everything you need for a family vacation in a quiet atmosphere. The house is located in a quiet street about 150m from the beach. And at the same distance there is also a small supermarket and several other shops.

    The location is great - literally 5 steps to supermarket, fish market with fresh oysters, pharmacy, bus stop (to Rome), children playground, restaurants and 100 steps to the sandy beach. The apartment is big, clean, very well maintained and has everything you need for comfortable stay. There is also a nice balcony with rattan furniture where you can have your morning coffee.

    Great place for large family (2 adults and 3 kids). Close to pizzeria, grocery, ice cream parlour and sandy beach. The host prepared a how-to guide about the area so that you can't get lost. About 60 minutes away from Rome with the use of public transport (Bus 07 and Roma Lido train) hence we left the car at the house.
