I recently stayed at Il Pioppo & La Fonte, a lovely B&B nestled in the countryside, and overall, it was a pleasant experience What I Loved: Peaceful Countryside Location – The B&B is located in a very small town, surrounded by nature, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and a break from the hustle and bustle. Spacious & Comfortable Room – The room was large, well-furnished, and very comfortable, providing a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. Big & Clean Bathroom – The bathroom was spacious and spotless, which made my stay even more comfortable. Friendly & Welcoming Staff – The staff was very kind and accommodating, always available to help and make guests feel at home.

A very warm welcome to a charming property. A comfortable stay and a host who is extremely helpful. It is 5 minutes walk from the Via Francigena so is ideal for pilgrims, and the kind host Roberto can book a table at an excellent local restaurant for an evening meal.
