A pleasant stay in a quiet and clean place. Everything was fine, even though the pool wasn’t available (off-season). The location is beautiful, rooms are clean and comfortable. Maybe a bit pricey for what’s offered during this time of year, but overall it was a worthwhile experience.

Me and my daughter enjoyed our short stay. Stefano was very welcoming and the accommodation was lovely, fun, bright, modern ,clean and comfortable. The shower was A-mazing!!! and massaged as you shower!! The breakfast was a very sweet breakfast, mini chocolate crossants and pastries which my daughter liked. There was cereal options of cornflakes also and yoghurt and fresh mini juices, which I thought were really cute. I liked how it was presented and the breakfast tasted nice. Stefano and his dad went that extra mile driving me and my daughter to the station(valmontone) as I didnt have a car as the walk was too far for us and even picked us on our return from our days in Rome. We greatly appreciated this as we didn't realise the distance.

Very nice and quiet location (if you like countryside). Francesco is a fantastic host, always ready to help with whatever you need. Room/bathroom is perfectly clean and beds are very comfortable. Nice and spacious bathrooms.

We had a wonderful stay – the hosts were truly amazing, warm and welcoming, and spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy. The place itself is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. We especially enjoyed the delicious Italian breakfast – fresh, tasty, and the perfect start to the day. Highly recommended!
