There are brochures prepared by the hosts showing places to visit, places to eat, transportation, and Ricardo also sends you the locations of the places he recommends. There is a private closed garage under the building. There is also a sunbed, umbrella and cooler box for you in the garage. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

Giuseppe was the perfect host and he should be the high standard for other bed and breakfast. He was very helpful to us for travel ideas and his homemade breakfast with strawberry delights are to look forward to. We had to leave at 6:30 AM for an early flight out of Rome and he prepared a very thoughtful bagged breakfast for us in our refrigerator. Perfect!! The rooms and facilities are all new and beautifully well designed. You will not be disappointed. The view of the lake is beautiful.
