The front desk staff were extremely accommodating in helping to relocate us to a lower location. Our room had a spectacular view of Meriken Park/the Sea front and was bright and airy. The Okura is a fantastic location for exploring Kobe within walking distance of Motomachi/Chinatown and a short shuttle stop from Sannomiya.

Super location, nice breakfast and very silent. The attached Center with the inside trampolin was very nice for the younger ones
