Exceptional room, with an exceptional view. The hotel feels exclusive, and the staff is just perfect. We loved every moment of our stay in the hotel. Only disappointment: the bar was closed for renovations, so no live jazz at the hotel for us.

It is a very comfortable appartment. Everything you need for a pleasent stay was available. Very close to metro station. Supermarkt and some restaurants just around the corner.

Location is close to Hatsudai and Nishi Shinjuku Gochome station, about 10 mins walk. Room is spacious enough for 4 of us. Bear in mind that if you lay your beds then you lost the living room. It has heated toilet 😁. Really good value for money.

Big refrigerator, kitchen utensils, desk and there's even a shower and floor heating all inside your room. Much privacy as the room is right next to the entrance door and toilet. Sadie's English was very good and she can give you lot's of useful tips and recommendations. The area was also really nice and peaceful yet close to everything you need (train station, restaurants, supermarket, conbini, etc.)
