The hotel is located near the Shinsaibashi shopping street, with many restaurants, shops, and a metro station in the vicinity. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel and rooms are clean. During our stay, a room on the second floor was being renovated, so the washing machine was not available, but alternative coin laundries near the hotel were suggested. Guests can enjoy very good free coffee and water from the coffee machine, and water bottles can be borrowed for refilling. The breakfast is rich and delicious.
