Scheduled, shuttle buses to the train station were provided. The hotel is pretty nice, well decorated. The room I stayed was spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable; with the view of the Yatsugatake mountain ranges. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, fresh and delicious. Stargazing activity out in the field was quite memorable. The weather was so nice with clean breeze and clear sky. Hospitality-minded staff were very impressive, attentive, helpful, and polite.

The food, staff and location were amazing! So close to amazing climbing and hikes. The staff were friendly and helped is with everything we needed and the food was incredible, dinner and breakfast was so much food, keeping us fueled on our adventures. The onsen was lovely too and you could have private sessions.

It’s a big house which easily fits large families. Situated in an upcoming area this rental is close to trendy coffee shops and restaurants, but also to hiking trails, waterfalls and the Fujimi bikepark.The accessories are complete, basically everything you need is there. The Onsen set up is lovely, the newly renovated rooms are very nice, the staff are extremely helpful, there is drinks and some snacks offered in lobby seating area before dinner and then at supper/9pm which we loved, you need a car if you want to explore the area which is really beautiful, we didn’t have breakfast or dinner as felt it was a bit pricey but it smelt and looked amazing instead we loved exploring small local country eat places 😊

nice welcoming hotel, friendly service staff, clean and well equipped room. the complimentary 30mins private onsen booking is really worth a try, it’s so refreshing and relaxing. the ryokan dinner and breakfast are authentic and sumptuous. we really enjoyed ourself very much. highly recommended!!
