Interesting concept where everything is self-operated with clear instructions. However when I needed help, staff was readily available via a direct call at the counter. Room was spacious, and location was perfect along a shopping arcade. It is quite a walk from the station if you're carrying a big luggage though.

Staff spoke amazing english, extremely kind to help us reserve restaurants and send our luggage through ta-Q-bin. Willing to hold on to some luggage until we needed it to be sent. Bath has a shampoo bar where you can use the shampoo you want. Skincare products available after the bath were also nice for my skin
