The room, although it was a standard twin, was spacious, bright and with an excellent wet room bath/shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is next to the monorail station, and easily walkable to the next station where the department store and Kokusai dori are located.

The location is amazing. Only a 20 minute walk from the port where many tours depart from (if you want to do snorkeling/diving on other islands) and a 10 minute walk from the monorail if you want to visit some landmarks in the city. Everything was spotless, and the amenities such as the free rentals are incredibly useful.

Staff were exceptional, attentive and friendly. The location was convenient. The room was bigger than I expected (when compared to other Japanese hotels I have stayed at). Many good restaurants in the surrounding area. It was easy to rent a car and travel all around from Naha.

Great hotel. We went in April and this hotel was an affordable option. Rooms are small as is typical for Japan, but look brand new. Kids stay free which made it really cheap (we had two adults, a 4yo and a 7yo in a twin room and it was fine). The level two lounge and pool area is really nicely done. Pool isn't huge but it feels big and spacious. Swimmable in mid April. Hot/onsen pool was bigger than we expected (and hotter!) - good for warming up after the pool. Free ice cream was a big hit with the children. Free drinks far exceeded our expectations in both variety and quality and included some non alcoholic options. Breakfast buffet was really great with lots of variety from sashimi to curry to burritos to croissants! They even had Okinawan sea grapes and jimami (peanut tofu). For Y500 you could buy a box to fill at the buffet to take away for lunch (you have to have paid for breakfast also) - we found this really useful the day we left to catch a ferry, saved us time sourcing lunch. Washing machines are free (including detergent), dryers are Y100/30min. Location is excellent, really close to Makishi monorail station and close to Kokusaidori and tsuboya pottery street.

This hotel is really worth it—clean, in a great location, and the staff are amazing. We had trouble with our helicopter tour because we had just gone scuba diving, but the tour company only spoke Japanese, so we couldn’t communicate with them. A staff member named Shimoda (sorry if we spelled it wrong) helped us call them and sort everything out. My partner and I were really impressed with the staff’s service. The hotel also has a free lounge with drinks every night, and the bathroom was really special. We enjoyed our 3-night stay so much and will definitely come back!
