I liked everything about it. The workers were nice, there was free tea, water, coffee, syrup, sugar.... You could also buy or rent toiletries that you forgot to bring. The worker turned the lights off at 10 so it was easy to sleep. The beds were comfortable. The place was really nice.

A perfect stay for us. The best thing is the view over Sendai, as the Westin is one of the highest buildings in the city. The staff was always very friendly and tried to satisfy all our wishes. Breakfast is magnificent, you have so much choice for the price. We speak a little Japanese but compared to other places in the area, the staff was very competent communicating in English. We will stay here again if we come back to Sendai.

This is a beautifully preserved old house, yet equipped with modern air conditioning, bathroom, and kitchen facilities. The space is clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a garden and a traditional storehouse. It’s not suitable for a rushed one-night stay — ideally, you should spend 2 to 3 days here to truly experience the architecture and lifestyle of the old house.
