Second stay I've been here and is still a great option, beautiful installations, the staff is awesome and the hotel itself was a great experience, the location so near the airport is awesome and the bus service allows you to explore nearby town and be sure to get to the airport safe and on time

Every staffs from shuttle driver upto the hotel service are absolutely very friendly and respectful. We immediately experienced the Japanese hospitality. Room are clean and very spacious. Staffs even help us book a taxi to mall since we missed the scheduled shuttle going there and they kindly reminded us and informed us where's the location of the shuttle and what time the schedule from AEON mall back to hotel so we will not miss it again.

Loved this hotel! Worth for the price. The room and bathroom were super spacious considering it’s in Japan for a couple and everything was clean! To help you estimate - we had 2 big luggages and 2 small luggages with us, we had space to store all and open them up to pack as well! Had free coffee and tea everyday at the lobby ~ they also had washing machines and saunas. Staff were super friendly with english speaking ones as well to help us with tourist enquiries. Literally a 3 minute walk opposite to a grocery market, GU, Muji, pharmacy and other small shops nearby. We rented a car to drive around here so couldn’t really try out the trains station. However, location wise it’s all very near by car to restaurants and Don Don Donki! There’s free parking at the hotel as well
