Absolutely amazing stay! The location was perfect—stores, restaurants, and train stations were all nearby, making it super convenient to explore Tokyo. The room was spotless, the bathroom was perfect, and I had complete privacy. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If I could give this place 100/10, I would! As a frequent solo traveler, this has been one of my favorite stays, especially at such an affordable price. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Location is very convenient, close to big shopping mall, and train station. facility has kitchen and landry machine. Great place to stay for family with kids.

I really liked the hotel, the room is spacious, the amenities are great, the location is good since it's very close to a train station, the friendly staff and the healthy breakfast options. It is also close to a konbini, a big grocery store with a lot of cheap options. Overall, the hotel is true to its name, it is Grand!

The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. It had a few children's toys for my daughter to play with.

This was one of the highlights of our short trip to Tokyo. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment as it immediately felt like home for us. The location is wonderful, a quiet and safe area with easy reach to all convenience stores and supermarkets, as well as many restaurants. It was a pleasure walking in the neighborhood, we felt like living the local life which is what we were looking for. We loved walking and looking at the homes in the surroundings, their little cars, their bicycles parked outside, the neighborhood life. The apartment is quite spacious and exactly as in the pictures. Great kitchen and nice dining room helped to make the stay even more familiar. Laundry facility was a wonderful addition and we used it everyday, making our return much easier with few dirty clothes to wash at home, and allowing us to travel lighter than usual. The tatami room is perfect for kids and it also adds some additional space for your daily life. We loved the Japanese bathroom with the bathtub cabinet, with great water pressure and temperature. You are provided with sufficient towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and even dental care. Couldn't ask for more!! As a family of 3, we spent 5 wonderful days in this apartment, and we loved every moment. The owner was very attentive and accommodating, eventually checking in through messages to ensure our comfort. Sleep quality was great, and we had everything we needed. Apart from the 7-Eleven which is just in front, there are three or so supermarkets in the vicinity, ideal to get your food for breakfast and dinner if you feel like eating at home. Because that's what the apartment felt like: home. The kitchen was simply great and sufficiently large. And the separate dining room was wonderful to both start and end the days. We loved it and recommend it to any kind of stay in Tokyo, from couples to families, from leisure to business. The quality/space/price ratio is perfect!

It was perfect place for our holiday. We had a great time for relaxing. Big good shop is near apartments. There are peace and quiet. Thanks a lot for our placement.
