The hospitality of the staff! And not last, the room. Japanese style with private onsen. Quiet, clean with lots of amenities. It is the best way to calm down before your flight. And the city was very tradicional with a huge temple soroundings. Woods old structures...I am so pleased for this stop before my flight. Thank you all team Wakamatsu Honten! THANK YOU!

Once again Hotel Nikko Narita did not disappoint. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and quiet. The transfer from the airport terminal is simple, quick and free! Choosing the breakfast option was a solid decision- giving myself and my daughter all the choices to be well fuelled for a long day of train travel further afield in Japan. Staff are efficient, patient and friendly. Having arrived on a long haul evening flight the quick turnaround to be in our room and gaining much needed sleep rather than on our way in Tokyo is priceless and the savings instead of staying in Tokyo allows a bit more duty free shopping!
