1. Customer service was exceptional. There was no language barrier as the staff spoke English, and they were very accommodating when we had inquiries. Fantastic views, beautiful onsen which was well equipped with Sauna. Breakfast was good. If you are a western guest ask for a soft pillow, enhanced our stay massively!
