Excellent hotel near airport, rooms and beds are very comfortable with views of Tokyo from the 9th floor. Staff extremely helpful. We left our kindle in the room and they are sending it back to us in Spain- amazing service!

The room was spacious and clean. It has lots of facilities like a money exchange, a cold store and restaurants. The design looks like an empire that follows much the design of Disneyland. It felt we are a part of a fairy tale. They offer free shuttle services to Maihama station (Disney Land) and to Bayside station (Disney Sea). The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and has loads of options for vegetarians. The view from the balcony was amazing (sea view). They had a small corner and representatives for the company that ships bags to different hotels within Japan. It was our first time to use such a service and they were very helpful.
