Luke is a very nice and helpful host. The house is clean. We enjoyed playing boardgames and chatting on the second floor. The beds were comfy. We had a very good sleep.

the look and feel of this hotel totally exceeded my expectations. very japanese style and has private onsen which we really liked. japanese style breakfast was really good and they have a huge variety of food. rooms are kind of small but this is expected in Japan so we are not that concerned.

The staff at the reception desk was extremely friendly and attentive and helped us a lot with our stored luggage and the questions we had about transportations in and around the city.
