Everything !! From the great welcome we received to the food and the rooms and the comfy memory foam Futons ! Not to mention the Kimono try outs and fitting which was so fun for the family. We had a wonderful, timeless experience with this lovely family. The father and his daughters are adorable and very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. A truly unique experience during our trip that I highly recommend.

Breakfast was wonderful (we had Japanese). Kaiseki dinner was equally good. We upgraded the dinner on the second night, and to be honest, the upgrade was not worth the cost.

This property was extremely spacious and comfortable. The host was friendly and very accommodating. We could walk to the Old Town, the bus station, the train station, and endless restaurants. This was a great stay for several families to stay together.

The Inn is the nicest, best run hostel I've ever stayed in around the world. It has the best stocked kitchen and the staff is generous and helpful at all times. The bed and pillows were super comfortable too. There is a very unique traditional firepit room where meals are eaten and you can cook over the coals if you like.
