Breakfast was including in our meal the food was amazing, had most things and so fresh! We loved all the facilities onsens, indoor pools and communal facilities. Would recommend it to anyone with children/families wanting to stay somewhere with pools and onsens. The staff at the facility were great and hopeful when ever we had any enquires.

Everything was fabulous from right outside the hotel once we had arrive. Staffs were all very friendly , attentive and pro active . Daily housekeeping was great and throughout .Great stay and my boy truly enjoy his stay . Highly recommended hotel to stay.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in 2 weeks around Japan. I felt so amazingly comfortable. The closeness to Nara Park and be able to come for some refreshing free drinks was precious. The Japanese breakfast with local products is something not to be missed.

Thank you very much for the kind welcome! We really enjoyed our stay here, the beds were particularly comfortable and we adored the kotatsu, looking into buying one in the future hahaha. The breakfast was fab, really appreciated the more traditional Japanese breakfast! Also thanks so much for bringing us our forgotten items after we had left for a few minutes, our forgetful selves are very appreciative! :)
