Lovely hotel! Had a shuttle car take me from the train station. Getting around the lake from there is very nice, either with bus, or your own transportation method. The staff were really nice! The breakfast and dinner were both excellent and big traditional services. My room was very nice with a lovely view. I also used the public bath and it was lovely, looks nice, great view, well maintained and clean.

There is shuttle service available at Mt Fuji station for those who do not drive. The place looked great. We managed to have a clear view of Mt Fuji in the morning and it was breathtaking. There was even a brief moment when the Mt Fuji turned pink in the morning during sunrise. The hot spring and shower area looked like a private bathhouse. Food was normal and enough for us, but you can consider bringing additional food and snacks. There were A LOT of free beverages.

Absolutely amazing experience!! It was a very comfortable stay. Lots of space, clean facilities, has everything you might need. Fantastic views of Mt Fuji. The host can pick you up from the station. Also you can easily get to all the main sights by bus :) Highly recommend it and hope to be back!
